Globally, we're making strides to a cashless transaction economy and digital transactions are on a rise - for everything from using PayTM for cab services, to credit cards on Amazon or using UPI for payments in store.
Surely you want the best digital payment experience if this is how you're going to be making payments day to day. We want to hear about what you love and dislike about your digital payment experience to help make it better! Think about your entire customer journey from when you signed up for an e-wallet, made a purchase online, used the payment provider app to manage your account or even contacted the customer service of the payment provider for a refund or dispute. We then want to hear your creative ideas about how to improve some aspect of the experience.
