As an organization, we want to support and promote community inclusivity. In order to do this, it's important for us to understand the views and opinions of people of all backgrounds and identities. As part of this challenge, please take a few minutes to share your thoughts on diversity and inclusion as it relates to company practices.

Deliverables

Please answer the following questions:

1) Which two companies or brands come to mind when you think of organizations that are successfully championing diversity, inclusion, and equal rights for Americans and Canadians of different ethnic, racial or religious backgrounds?

2) Why did you pick these two companies? 

3) Does how a brand responds to racial injustice influence whether you buy or boycott them in the future? Regardless of your answer, please provide an explanation for your answer.

4) What do you think is the best way a company can demonstrate its diversity and inclusion practices?
