Scanning currently functions as a way to take tangible paper documents or images and convert them to digital copies that can easily be stored and shared. This process from start to finish can directly affect one’s workflow and efficiency.

As technology continues to advance, what is possible in the realm of scanning also progresses. For example, you can now use your smartphone camera to scan something and save it on your phone. This can eliminate the need for bulky hardware altogether and allow for scanning on the go.

We want to know what the future of scanning looks like and how we can evolve to continue to provide value to our customers!

Deliverables
  1. How do you see the future of scanning 5-10 years from now?

  2. What current pain points exist when it comes to scanning and then managing documents? How does this hinder workflow and efficiency?

  3. What is a new, futuristic scanning solution that will alleviate these pain points? This could be a new application for scanning, a product enhancement, a new way to scan and store/share, automation, digital innovation, integrations, data extraction, etc.

      1. How will your idea help users get the most out of their documents? Take us through the workflow!
      2. How will your idea transform the way documents become indispensable when digitized?
      3. Note: your idea should be something that does not exist on the market today!
