In today's rapidly evolving digital landscape, the significance of leveraging digital resources and fostering customer engagement cannot be overstated. Traditionally, insurance has been an industry with low engagement. People buy it hoping they’ll never need it.

As technology continues to shape the way individuals interact with businesses, insurance companies are presented with a unique opportunity to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective digital engagement strategies. Examples of digital engagement might include some form of gamification, insurance-related resources (such as a checklist to start a business or a guide to local auto repair shops), financial advice, access to customer perks, etc.

With that, we want to know what’s valuable to you as an insurance consumer that we can provide through a digital platform to drive engagement and customer loyalty.

Deliverables
  1. Related to insurance (auto, property, financing, personal or commercial), what is important to you as a consumer?

    • What are some ways in which the insurance industry is not meeting your expectations?
    • What are some areas where an insurance provider could supply additional resources that would be valuable to you? 

  2. What is your idea for driving interactive engagement to an insurance platform (phone, website, app, etc.) that would help our customers and increase long-term brand love?

    • What about your idea will help build customer relationships and trust?
    • How does your idea help customers get value from insurance beyond just claims?
    • Does your idea help customers feel confident that the things they care about/love are protected?
