Diebold | Next Challenge: How can we better explain our skincare technology using a non-scientific demonstration? |
A major inconvenience at traditional brick and mortar banks is having to wait in line for a teller to become available. With new "pop-up" banks that can be placed in popular public spaces, we feel there are ways to limit this inconvenience, or at least make the waiting period more productive for customers. This is especially true since pop-up banks can be located in high-traffic public areas where customers can do other things as they wait as opposed to being limited to the space of a physical bank building.
Please complete the following:
1) Propose a “smart queue” system that customers can use when interacting with a pop-up bank
2) How does your submission either a) reduce the wait time for customers, or b) allow them to be productive while waiting their turn in the queue?
3) How would you incorporate technology (smart phones, apps, touch screens, etc) to successfully create your smart queue experience?
