One of the major selling points of self-driving cars is that they are supposed to dramatically increase driver and road safety. The industry believes that by automating driving, using computers, and artificial intelligence the human error is eliminated. Many consumers are still hesitant and believe that self-driving cars are not as safe as they seem. We want to hear your ideas on what you would do to convince consumers that self-driving cars are safer and are the future of automobiles. 

Deliverables

Please answer the following:

  1. Do you think self-driving cars are safe? Please explain your answer.
  2. Does the brand name play a role in perceiving that a self-driving car is safer?
  3. Please explain (in detail!) how you would convince consumers that self-driving cars are safe. Think of new business and sales models, new content strategies, etc.
