Uncover trends in healthcare spending
As a global health insurance and service company, Cigna is always interested in how national healthcare spending varies from region to region and across various healthcare services.
Deliverables
Using the attached dataset (Healthcare Spending Per Capita), write a simple java program which:
1. Ranks the top 10 states with the highest total healthcare spending per capita (from years 2000 - 2009).
2. Rank all categories of healthcare services (e.g. hospital care, dental services, etc) from the highest total healthcare spending per capita to the lowest (in year 2009). Your ranking should take into account all regions/states
Criteria:
Your submission will be judged based on simplicity, style, and efficiency. External libraries are allowed but not required.
