I am pleased to apply for the SEO Summer Internship Programme. With many achievements, a strong academic background, a wide array of skills and a thirst for knowledge, I am confident to succeed as an investment banker.

I have a proven record of seizing opportunities that come my way. This internship programme is a similar opportunity for me; a step towards success. 

As you can see from my CV, I have a strong mathematical/quantitative background and was involved in numerous activities including modelling, two part-time jobs, five internships, and held many positions of responsibilities. 

Alongside my work experience and a sound academic record, my solid extra-curricular/sport participation has helped instil in me further capabilities, including time management and team-working skills. 

The long hours, hard-work and early responsibility would prepare me for a career in the ibanking arena. Alongside, this internship would give me a further insight into the intricacies of the financial/professional world. From day one, I expect to participate rather than observe.
