I have recently finished my Masters in Economics from the University of Warwick, where I was on a full scholarship. I am expecting to be top 5% out of 220 students. I have an avid interest in management consulting. I believe an opportunity at Accenture will provide me with unparalleled experience in business consulting.

My economics studies at the University of Warwick have provided me with the analytical skills which I will apply to diverse business scenarios. My one year experience as a Research Head of an international consulting project at Enactus Warwick Consulting, honed my ability to develop and implement marketing campaigns, as well as how to collaborate effectively in a team. I led a team which devised the entry level marketing strategy for a tech start-up, which resulted in 78% increase in the users of the app after 8 months.

I enjoy working with a team and have held various leadership positions within my various extracurricular activities. I was the Secretary, Graduate Student-Staff Liaison Committee at Warwick, selected out of 220 students and I have also volunteered for local NGO’s, helping them achieve their goals. I have the ability to analyse and interpret data. I learnt how to link economic theory to data through the Industrial Organisation module at Warwick. Writing my Masters dissertation was a direct application of this skill, wherein I applied the econometric methods which I learnt in the class to real-world data sets. I had to clean data, use proxies for missing variables and pick a suitable methodology for analysis, often while using Stata and Microsoft Excel. I believe my strong work ethics, learnt at my internships and other activities, analytical skills and initiative have given me the required skills and ability to contribute to the growth and success of Accenture.
