As a recent graduate from The Evergreen State College, where I concentrated in Business and Film, I am interested in obtaining the Supervisor position. I believe that my ability to foster relationships quickly and meet weekly goals will make me the ideal candidate for this position. I would love to gain further insight into managerial skills while working with accomplished professionals.

My presidency term with The Evergreen Student Union provided me with skills that I can utilize in this position. I have experience with the hiring process and am able to oversee others. Team building exercises were required every week to keep our work environment friendly and performing at the peak of its ability.

My strong communication skills, both oral and written, and my ability to handle a fast paced environment make me an ideal candidate for this position. I utilized these skills as a Performance Intern for The Washington Restaurant Association. Understanding a target film audience and producing material in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment was essential.

Additionally, I have studied leadership and aspects of sales operations and would love to put what I have learned into practice with the Supervisor position. I have taken classes that focus on promotion and distribution, leadership, and business. While attending these classes I also retained the job of assistant for operations at the college recreation center. My duties included work with: supply chain, preparing deposits and banking, and floor operations. I also maintained and balanced cash handling funds at the end of every four-hour shift or at the closing of the facility.
