Dear AMCHAM trainee Manager

I am currently a graduate student at Graduate school of International Studies or GSIS, Seoul National University. I am captivated by the great opportunity that AMCHAM internship offers and believe that I have qualities and experience required to be exceptional candidate. I am majoring in International Commerce and I have completed all my course works and currently writing my master’s thesis. I also got bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Thammasat University in Thailand. Master’s Program at Seoul National University does not only provide me fruitful knowledge in the field of International studies but also to mould and groom me into a good researcher. My program and many classes that I have taken bolstered my enthusiasm and exposed me to a wide variety of International Commerce field such as International Business relation, Multilateral Trade Negotiations, International Law, and International Economic. I believe that knowledge that I gain from these classes will be directly beneficial for marketing intern position. My master program also has a very dynamic environment and definitely groomed me for working in multinational organization and I believe that my knowledge and experiences will be beneficial for organization.

I also possess a wide range of language skills that are perfectly matched to the qualifications.Besides from Thai which is my native language, I have a very good command in English, Chinese and Korean. My background in several countries can prove that I am able to work effectively in team and in dynamic environment. Moreover I also have experience working with Thailand’s government agency which is the office of Civil service commission of Thailand. My responsibilities were in charge of project evaluation and conducting research. Recently I also worked for Korean game company as an intern. I also conducted business research and experience translation job such as legal papers.

I wish to acquire direct exposure to AMCHAM’s work and gain knowledge and experience as AMCHAM intern. I believe that interning at AMCHAM would allow me to continue my commitment and pave my way for contributing to society in the future. I am confident that I could contribute substantively to AMCHAM and become one of valuable asset to the organization. Thank you for your consideration.
