It is a pleasure to have met Olabisi Akintola at the Careers in Consultancy Talk at University of Birmingham. I am very thankful of her to have provided me valuable insights in her current role as a consultant, and after much consideration, I would like to be considered as a Junior Consultant at AMR International.

Given the opportunity to join AMR International, will be the ideal springboard to translate my passion in consulting into my career. I am extremely excited about the intellectual challenge of this career path, and the ability to work closely with incredibly talented and ambitious people who have the similar interest in solving tough business problems.

I am currently studying Master of Science (MSc) in Strategic Marketing and Consulting at University of Birmingham that is due to finish in September 2016. Throughout my degree, I had the opportunity to engage in various consultancy projects by working alongside external clients across various industries such as clothing, catering, and telecommunications. My responsibilities include developing customer relationships, conducting market research, data analysis using IBM SPSS software and pitching final recommendations. Furthermore, I have also achieved a CMI Level 5 Diploma in Professional Consulting awarded by Institute of Consulting.

I am highly aware of AMR International’s outstanding reputation in becoming one of the leading consultancies providing growth strategy and M&A consulting, and it will be a privilege for me to acquire more knowledge as I still have so much to learn. I sincerely hope my pursuits in being a well rounded and globally oriented individual will grant me the opportunity to prove my passion.
