I have almost 4 years of experience working with XYZ as a Business Intelligence consultant and majority of my work was on reporting tools like SAP Business Objects , Tableau etc. I was involved in development of many reports , simple and complex, static and dynamic containing tables and charts involving many features as such hyper linking, prompts, input controls etc, and pulling data from sources such as MS SQL server, Oracle and DB2. I was the best resource of my team and took many different roles. I received a lot of appreciation from my clients and senior management for solving complex problems in a timely manner. I was also responsible for gathering the client requirements, analyzing the requirements and converting it into a work item and supervised the development of the products and ensured smooth delivery. I was also responsible for giving presentations to clients explaining features of the report and how the data in the report can help in taking key business decisions. XYZ being a service based company, I got a chance to work with many different clients. This helped me understanding that each client has a different way of looking at business and understanding data. I have also provided training to many of the employees in XYZ as part of the 'building technical skills' Initiative in XYZ. I also possess some knowledge on Bigdata which I acquired through my current coursework and personal research.
