I completed my Master of Engineering in Technical Management at the Emden-Leer University of Applied Sciences, Germany. I attained a great variety of new knowledge from subjects such as strategic management, project management, quality management, leadership & negotiation, SAP and simulation games related to them.

Due to courses and work experience, I want to apply my knowledge that I learnt during the course and get the chance to practically experience these in the areas of project management/Mobile networks management/IT system specialist. After successful completion of this degree program, I am having not only technical skills and expertise but also containing management tools and techniques to grasp the matters in a more structured and professional way to achieve the enterprise business goals.

The Master’s degree program that I have completed is the best combination of technical and management subjects with extensive case studies to enhance the analytical approach towards solving the problems, labs and presentation exercises. Being as a team leader I have experience of participation in projects to business process improvement and implementation by keeping the customer’s demand at the highest priority. I have had a good experience of teamwork with different nationalities people on tasks data analysis and strategy development during my previous job. I have conducted interviews for the hiring of sub contractor engineers during the period of my previous employment.

As a team lead of my department, I took new initiatives and developed new processes to get better outcomes and enhance the efficiency of these processes. Due to the fact that I have used EXCEL and Power Point on a daily basis in my previous job and also in my recent degree program, I am very proficient in using MS Office. You will also find that I am a candidate with various language skills i.e. English, German. I am also containing German residence permit.

In addition to theoretical knowledge I also have job experience in a well known multinational enterprise, ZTE, which is a leading global provider for telecommunication equipment and network solutions. I have experience of project management, being a team leader of my department.

Currently I am working as a test engineer (internee) to conduct the Call Performance Testing Activity & User Acceptance Testing (CPTA&UAT). The Project is to evaluate the performance and correctness of new BlackBerry Smart phones in the field and mobility against the available carriers in Germany at Vision GmbH. The task is to monitoring the defects/issues throughout the lifecycle of software that is under development. The aim is to test and ensure that the new BlackBerry smart phones are bug free and second to none in the market.
