Dear hiring manager,

Your job posting caught my attention straight away, as my skills and experience seem to closely match your requirements for this position. Some of the skills I have are verbal and written skills, organizational skills, computer literacy, and fluent in Haitian Creole. I would appreciate careful consideration of my credentials as outlined below and within the enclosed resume.

Among my particular strengths are my organizational and planning skills. I have developed a number of processes to manage my many work tasks and make sure I meet the demands of a fast-paced work environment. I have proven my ability to multi-task, attend to details, and thrive under tight deadline pressure. For example, as a Legal Analyst with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) I am in charge of managing cases meeting deadlines while simultaneously executing various correspondences throughout the day, maintaining a high level of confidentiality, and several more important clerical responsibilities.

I am very self-sufficient and work well independently or with a group. I have taken the initiative to learn as much as possible about the company I work for in order to become a valuable information resource.

This position is exactly what I'm looking for and would be a great opportunity to utilize my expertise to add to your organization’s accomplishments. I thrive on challenges and will dedicate the time and effort it takes to succeed. Thank you for your consideration and I look forward to meeting with you.

Cordially,

Sarah Danis
