The small and competitive nature of the team allows for inspiration and collaboration with my peers as well as a direct correlation between the work I am doing and the results the team achieves. I am a vocal member of the store and utilize downloads and coaching opportunities to disperse my knowledge of business services throughout the store. I have championed better communication from the business team to other areas of the store not only through downloads and regular coaching conversations but also with direct partnerships that require multiple teams in the store to create a complete solution. I continue to be a resource to my peers through my presence on the mentor team and persistent focus to the goals of the entire store. Over the course of the quarter, and my experience, the team continued to grow reaching our revenue goals over a week before the end of the quarter.
