While I began my career as an investment banker with XXX, since 1995 I have held several senior financial and operational roles for small to medium sized ($1B+) companies, both public and private, primarily in the aviation sector.Although I have a strong financial background, I am not the kind of financial executive who likes to hide behind numbers, I need to thoroughly understand the operational side as well.

As you will see from my resume, I am results-driven and have a successful record of consistently strong financial leadership creating enhanced enterprise value for all stakeholders. I have strong accounting and control experience, as well as restructuring, fundraising, M&A, cash flow management, tax optimization and forecasting capabilities. I have also worked in startup environments (having started two separate companies) and numerous restructurings / turnarounds.

Having worked abroad for 3 separate international companies, I have significant global operational experience and currently I’m acting as Group CEO to XXX, a XXX based business jet charter company, assisting them in realizing their long-range initiatives and project based strategic organizational needs.  As you will appreciate, given the current environment in XXX, this is a particularly challenging task and, as you may well imagine with everything that’s going on these days in the region, am looking for the right opportunity to head back home to the States.
