How do you think you will utilise your academic skills and experience to add value to the division to which you are applying? Please do not exceed 150 words in your answer.
Studying Industrial Economics has enabled me to develop an understanding of core business objectives, e.g. maximising sustainable profit, and has built an awareness of the issues that organisations are facing today e.g. regulatory change. This has given me the ability to develop an understanding of the business environment which will make me more likely to make informed decisions.
As a momentum participant on the Female leadership and career development programme sponsored by Citigroup and State Street Global Advisors I had the opportunity to network with various different members of the bank, ranging from managing directors to the HR recruitment team. This gave me the ability to build relationships and strengthen my communication skills both of which would be useful when working in the investment banking division.

What is the personal achievement you are most proud of? What did you learn from this experience and how does it differentiate you from others? Please do not exceed 150 words in your answer.
I am most proud of raising £5743.88 for various charities during my last year of sixth form. Personally I learnt the true meaning of selflessness which filled me with great joy. As a charity prefect my responsibilities included choosing charities to fundraise for as well as organising assemblies to raise awareness and collecting for each cause. This experience is different from other achievements because to allowed me to grow as an individual in a way that benefitted others whilst also improving my public speaking and communication skills.
