My name is Miguel Matias Cardona, I am studying my final semester of Industrial and Systems Engineering at Tecnológico de Monterrey in the Mexico State Campus. I write this letter because I participated in the on-campus recruiting session on Tuesday the 18^th and want to be considered for the selection process starting with the exam on Friday the 28^th of August. I am very interested in working for BCG because I believe it is a company where I can have a deep and broad impact in a variety of areas and industries applying my capacity for problem solving, profound analysis and big picture thinking.

I believe my educational and experiential background have well prepared me for the challenges that BCG faces every day.

My experience as a Continuous Improvement Intern in TECA SRL allowed me to gain comprehensive understanding of how all the processes in a company interact in a real world environment and to promote meaningful changes in an organization through observation of the problems faced on a day to day basis but maintaining a long-term view of the organization.

After working in TECA I founded my own company that turns leather scrap into dog snacks called Doggy Snack and during that time I learned new lessons involving the planning of a new company and the creation of new supplier and distributer relationships.
