As a tax consultant intern for FinAmerica, I worked extensively in searching Section 199 deduction and other complex tax deductions for our clients. I created template for future use in evaluating the availability of specific deductions. During my internship here, I was able to learn the foundations of U.S. and foreign tax structures and experience first-hand the importance of tax solutions for business and high net worth individuals. I show an exemplary capacity for self-directed learning in Drake (a professional tax software), and help the company raise revenue by exploring new features with Drake.
