To, The hiring manager BTS, Singapore Dear Sir/ Madam, This is with reference to the advertised position of Consultant and Account Manager at BTS, Singapore. Please find attached my résumé as part of my application for the aforementioned position. The nature of my previous professional and voluntary experience, in addition to my GMBA degree with a specialisation in Marketing, has prepared me very well for this position. I have collaborated with people from across hierarchical levels in both small and large businesses of different backgrounds; established corporate, start-ups, not-for-profit, government and student run organisations. I have worked with people in these organisations in different capacities such as consultant, business partner, mentor/coach and an advisor. Being inherently intrigued by problem-solving, I have a proven track record of developing a high level of understanding of my customers, clients or partners. I have managed important accounts/business partners and have been successful at bringing in new business as well. Throughout my career I have found the determination to tap accounts that were perceived as non-responsive, and turned around under-performing accounts.

For me handling multiple processes/projects simultaneously has always been the norm, including successfully completing cross functional projects.

I have been fortunate to be in positions to coach/mentor people and I have thoroughly enjoyed this part of my work. Their experiences and insights have in turn provided immense learning for personal and professional growth. I believe this position is in complete tandem with my personal and professional trajectory.
