Sample cover letter for Full Time position at British embassy

Please find enclosed my C.V. in application for the post of Regional Vice Consul advertised in the British Embassy Podgorica.

I am a US and Montenegrin citizen currently living in Montenegro. I went to elementary school in Michigan US so my knowledge of English is very good. I finished high school in Albanian which is also my native language and studied Electronics and Computer Science in Podgorica where I learned Montenegrin. With excellent oral and written English, Montenegrin and Albanian specified as essential for this post I think I might be a suitable candidate. As an electrical engineer specialized in Computer Science I have excellent IT skills required for the job. Living in different countries and attending schools in different languages gave me the chance and pleasure of not only learning three languages but also meeting new people of different cultures and enhancing my communicating skills. As a young person (24 years old) I am open to working overtime and attending necessary training in order to meet job requirements. Traveling by areoplane or other forms of transportation and deploying on a short notice and short time basis to all of the BEACN posts will not a problem for me.
