My previous work experience has allowed me to develop my customer management skills and can-do attitude. During the 4 years previous of attending Sogang university, I worked as an English instructor at JLS Academy for almost 2 years. I taught over 100 students every semester, supervising their academic performance, and consulting the parents for feedback maintaining good customer relationship. As a result, I became teacher of the year in 2011 and student enrollment has increased by approximately 10%. I have also worked as translator for countless companies, meeting deadlines. In one case where I translated internet banking website for KB Bank, the translation of 150 pages was completed on time within a month, in order to launch the international internet banking websites in English speaking countries globally. My countless hours working nonstop to meet the deadline led to satisfied customers who even decided to pay me a bonus for my hard work. Now I am looking to utilize my experience and help transform CISCO’s customer’s businesses worldwide, connecting the unconnected. CISCO estimates there will be around 40 billion by 2020, but despite all these connections, we estimate that more than 99 percent of all physical are currently still unconnected It is mind boggling when you consider just how much connectedness will revolutionize every facet of life in the future, which is why I want to be a part of CISCO.
