I would like to work with COS because I have been a fan of the brand, I am associated with the brand for several years, and also because I admire the staff friendliness. I have been in the store severally and I see how happy the employees are and what a great place it is to work, hence I would love to join the team. I also think it is a great place for me to put my customer service skills to work.
I am quite a fun person to work with—a very good team player and an independent worker. I am very comfortable with numbers, and my IT skills are upbeat. Part of my roles previously has involved working at the front of house as well as on the tills and this has greatly helped improved my communication skills and my ability to deescalate irate clients.
I am optimistic about the prospects of COS, and I am quite happy to bring my A-game along to drive the company forward.
