he Business Career Foundation Program (BCFP) is a two-year, entry level development program designed to build participants’ leadership and business acumen through a challenging, fast-paced rotation experience. With rotations through six different business disciplines, including financial planning, accounting, financial operations, contracts, supplier management, and business operations, participants get hands-on, experiential challenges and responsibilities. The program offers the opportunity to participate in development activities, including site tours, mentoring, exposure to executives, technical training and leadership seminars. BCFP graduates benefit from expanded career opportunities, a larger network, and depart the program prepared to take on leadership roles at an accelerated rate. 

Eligible candidates must be graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree or higher by June 2017. Degrees in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance, Accounting, Supplier Management, or other analytical fields are preferred; however, other degrees may be considered. A 3.5 GPA is preferred. Please clearly state the following on your resume: Graduation date Month & Year, Major, & Cumulative GPA. Also, applicants should include leadership involvement within their resume.
