As a dedicated and motivated first year student enrolled in a BSc (Economics&Management) at Kings College London, I request you to consider offering me a place for your internship programme.

My A Level subjects have enabled me to think analytically with logical reasoning and the skill of applying my knowledge has been added to my repertoire. After being enrolled into my course at university and attending various career related events I became interested in gaining a deeper insight into the world of economics, finance and consultancy and would be eager to gain work experience in the respective fields.

I have had extensive volunteer work experience in different environments enhancing my ability to adapt, communicate effectively and build relationships with people from diverse backgrounds. Having been a part of group projects in the past gives me the confidence that I will easily fit into your team. Organising fundraisers such as “Pursakoon Karachi” and "The Pet Show for Ujala" demonstrates my self-motivation as I took the initiative to market both these events to people in my area. Many a times I have been put into positions of responsibility for example while teaching or managing students which demonstrates my leadership skills. Furthermore, interning with the United Nations sustainable development department not only gave me a better understanding of the real working atmosphere but also instilled in me the importance of meeting deadlines.

I'm quick to pick up new skills ,eager to learn from others and strive to carry out all tasks to the best of my capability. Taking on new challenging tasks excites me.
