Here is why I would be an ideal candidate for this position:

I have experience developing technical deliverables at a Big Four professional services firm. During my internship at PricewaterhouseCoopers, I created a series of online web pages using HTML and CSS to develop an online community that facilitates discussions and encourages idea sharing between staff in the Asia-Pacific region. I was able to showcase my problem solving skills, web development skills, and ability to work independently and as a team to complete this deliverable which was a major component of a region-wide project.

My role at the Royal Canadian Mounted Police provided an opportunity for me to develop client management and engagement skills. In addition, I frequently conducted meetings with clients to maintain a positive relationship and to understand their business needs. This experience allowed me to gain experience in gathering business requirements and transforming them into functional requirements which are used to develop technical solutions to address the client’s needs.

In all of my previous positions, I interacted with clients on a daily basis. As a Customer Service Representative at TD Canada Trust, I assisted customers with their day to day banking needs while assessing their portfolio to recommend banking products to increase their wealth. During my employment, I received the “Double Promoter” status twice, which demonstrates my commitment to excellent client service. It is this passion to help clients succeed that has driven all of my career decisions so far.
