COVER LETTER

I am currently working as a Management Trainee in the reputed CRISIL GR&A. My responsibilities here include management of regular research products, assisting in financial modeling and Supporting sell side analysts, of a large investment bank, in their research and generating required reports and data from Bloomberg, Reuters.

I have done my MBA in Finance (2012-14) from the reputed International Management Institute (IMI), Delhi. The rigorous curriculum and competitive peer group at IMI has shaped me into a thorough ethical professional. I strongly believe that I would be a good fit for this position offered.

I am a CFA level 3 candidate and FRM level 2 candidate. The world of finance has enthused and encouraged me to take up a career in finance. I did my summer internship in Eternus Capital, a boutique investment bank. My work there included preparing relevant reports, following press releases, modeling and scouting for potential clients and the work was highly appreciated by my mentor.

I have been a good performer academically since my school days. I did my engineering in Computer Science, post which I completed my training in technical and personal skill development at Infosys Limited. I worked as Finance Analyst at Patibandla Associates, where my responsibilities included preparing detailed project reports, feasibility reports and credit appraisal reports for clients.

My flair for learning languages has helped me shape into a culturally sensitive and a good team player. I completed B2.2 level in German from Goethe Institute, Max Muller Bhavan and A1 level in French from Alliance Francaise de Madras. I have always been given responsible positions and I am proud of not letting anyone down. I was

the head boy at school, secretary of mini project club and technical symposium secretary of my engineering college and a member of branding and media cell at IMI. My courses at IMI and project works in each subject have helped me gain a good understanding of finance. I have studied Business Valuation, Private Equity, Security Analysis and Portfolio Management, Financial Engineering and Risk Management, Management of Banks, Financial Derivatives, to name a few.

I am driven by a desire to continuously learn, excel and create impact in my work. My strengths are my ability to understand and adapt to new situations, organizations and business models very quickly, and logically deduce the key levers and action steps and executing upon them. I relish challenges and love the grind of troubleshooting and entrepreneurship.
