I am a first year MBA student at --------------, I would like to be considered for summer associate position at Deloitte Consulting. Post completion of my under graduation, I got a fantastic opportunity to work with Deloitte. During my initial tenure in Deloitte, I used to often hear from the senior leadership: “Deloitte is the best place to start one’s career “. Today, I couldn’t agree more. Deloitte is the perfect place to start one’s career and continue to grow oneself professionally. Post my MBA, I would love to continue working in the Strategy Consulting practice of Deloitte.

In my previous role, I have worked as Technology Consultant in Deloitte. I have a hands on experience in understanding client’s core business challenges and develop strategic technology solutions and road-maps. My work profile was in the ERP technology domain and I have worked in a multi-client project involving 10 clients spread globally with varied landscapes and operations process. I have analyzed the organization, application landscape and infrastructure components to uncover opportunities to reduce costs and increase the efficiency and effectiveness of IT resources and talent. I have organized and coordinated various training (technical, soft skills) for more than 30 engineers as part of Learning and Development Initiative in Deloitte.

During my work experience, I have focused on developing my consulting skills and soft skills which I know are important to pursue my MBA in Strategy Consulting. Since, I have worked in the Technology Consulting practice for three years, I would like to leverage my technical skills and pursue my career in Strategy Consulting. I would love to work directly on the client side, understand their business requirements and provide effective solutions.
