After working as a quality analyst for 4 years, I know that delivering quality solutions to customer is important. But there is usually a communication gap between business and technical team. This is why I decided to choose my career in the field of Information Management, where I can help both the teams to build a common language.

In my career I have had various positions such as Team Lead and Quality Analyst at <Fimr name>. Most recently, my responsibilities included requirement analysis, monitoring progress of project, and team co-ordination for daily activities, project planning & budgeting, scope determination (Time and Cost), change management and communication with international clients. In my recent assignment, while working as team lead for quality analysis we successfully delivered a product with less than 40% of the estimated time and with zero defect leakage.

I started my career as a Functional Tester and due to my abilities to see the big picture got promoted as Quality analyst, finally Team lead. Having worked with a multinational firm in agile environment, I have proved to work efficiently in fast paced work place. This skill will certainly serve as value to Citi Bank’s work culture, which have strong work ethics. Without compromising the quality of work, I can work in all facets of system lifecycle which includes communication with international clients as well. In addition, I am task oriented, get pleasure from meeting challenges, and persistently keep pace with the most recent advancements in the IT field.
