I am a third year Business Administration student at , I would wish to be considered for industrial placement position at Deloitte Technology Consulting.

Deloitte was immediately attractive to me because of the leading position and impressive reputation in the global professional services sector. It would be very appealing to work as a consultant and help businesses achieve goals and solve problems using the cutting-edge technology for example the business transformation project called EnterpriseNext. From e-Business module, I am fascinated by the application and dramatic growth of e-Business Technologies. Moreover, having been shared by Ms. Hoa Nguyen who a senior manager at the company, I am more than excited about the professional working environment and diverse culture at Deloitte. Therefore, with my great passion for applying Technology to business, I believe that joining Deloitte and the great team behind it would be a challenging and rewarding opportunity.

In the past three years, I have had great exposure to strategy consulting, risk assurance, banking and student associations. This summer, I worked as an analysis intern in , where I had a hands-on experience in understanding client’s core business challenges and developing strategic branding and marketing solutions. Through my management of quality surveying 309 customers on their shopping experiences, I obtained primary research and analysed on regional levels and age group to recommend and help implement improvements in the client’s distribution channels plan and marketing plan. I gained client-oriented attitude, improved team-working skills and be confident in taking responsibility for large segments of a team project. Previously, I had a six-month placement as an Account Handler at Aviation team in Willis Insurance Broker. Besides obtaining in-depth knowledge of risk assurance, I gained confidence and enhanced my communication skills through regular interaction with clients, underwriters, lawyers and other parties and qualitative skills through analysing airlines’ profile and data to present to underwriters.

Besides putting effort and maintain high performance in my academic work, I also take time to enjoy the social, sporting and cultural aspects of being a student.
