I am interested in the analyst position. I believe that my competence and past experiences of over four years in airlines and healthcare are in alignment with the requirements of this position. I have also thoroughly enjoyed education which culminates in the form of a Master’s degree in information technology at the University Of Massachusetts Boston this December 2014. I have previously completed a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the same school earlier this year.

An internship at the Boston Children’s Hospital over the summer this year gave me deep insights into the running of a marketing department of a top hospital. My job helped me learn the research life cycle, keeping minutes in interviews with subject matter experts and stakeholders and assisting team in research projects to help drive business decisions. My airlines experience involved working for Qatar Airways as a flight attendant for over two years. From acquiring people management skills in managing and leading culturally diverse teams to working in extremely stressful and challenging conditions helped me become a fast learner. Having worked as an intern also in the hospitality industry at the Renaissance, Marriott Group of Hotels helped me develop skills in gathering client functional requirements and specifications. I also worked as a marketing intern with a telecommunication company, Intellicon, where I conducted market surveys and interviews.

Coursework in both the business administration and information technology degrees helped me to learn disciplines in database management, project management, system analysis and design and most recently programming in C#,
