Throughout my university education, I have developed a profound interest in financial services. I am currently studying Corporate Finance at Cass Business School. Core modules of the course put emphasis on capital structure analysis and the relationship between corporate strategic and financial decisions. Studies such as these incorporate essential concepts applicable to all types of firms and stimulate my intellectual curiosity in the field of Corporate Finance.

My professional experience further developed my interest in pursuing a career in corporate finance. As an Intern at the Bulgarian Ministry of Finance, I gained an insight into pricing, valuation and research of debt securities. I further developed my knowledge in this area and used my existing skills to identify potential risks related to government bonds issue. My internship at Allianz Bank allowed me to fully understand different aspects of performance analysis and business evaluation. I found this internship to be an exciting challenge that enhanced my skills in key areas such as self-management, team-working, problem-solving.
