Dear Recruiting Manager, 

After attending various networking events and talking with alumni working in the advisory department, I began researching more about Ernst & Young Business Advisory Program; I delved into the core values of the department. Analytical skills, Diversity, leadership and the fast paced job environment of the workplace are values that I cherish and match through different activities. I am a junior pursuing the Dual Degree Program in Economics and Operations and Technology Management at Boston University. The relevant skills for the Business Advisory Program internship are the following:

• Analytical Skills: I analyzed data on Google Analytics for Insightfully’s landing page. Pursued advanced economics courses that required extensive data analysis such as Sports Economics where as a team of three students, we investigated the factors affecting salaries of the top 5 paid players of NBA teams through regression analysis.
• Leadership Abilities: As an International Peer Mentor, I guided 24 incoming international students to Boston University and provided academic, social and cultural advice and organized activities to acclimate them to campus life.
• Teamwork: Worked in teams for C&M Group and Insightfully to develop and grow the companies. Worked in teams at the Boston University Questrom School of Business to create and deliver presentations in Business, Society Ethics and Creating Value in the Global Economy classes. Interviewed prospective interns to verify company fit and report back impressions and details to the CEO of C&M Group.
• Client Collaboration: Reached out to generate leads for C&M Group and wrote letter to Indian government to initiate collaboration with C&M Group. Provided liaison between companies interested in consulting services and CEO of C&M Group.
• Innovation: Exponentially increased user base for Insightfully through social media reach outs. Reached out to potential bloggers to host them on the blog page for Insightfully and strategized new methods to increase user growth.
