Please accept my application for the position of 'Client Relationship Manager' that was posted on the University of Alberta Business Co-Op website. During my employment at PÜSCH, I established a strong rapport with my customers, which resulted in returning customers and higher sales for the store. In this role, I was commended for consistently achieving sales goals and also for my superior customer service skills. In fact, I began as a seasonal sales associate and was offered a part time position during the school year by management. Generally, seasonal sales associates are let go after the holiday but based on my performance, I was offered a permanent position over 5 other seasonal sales associates.

As a brand ambassador for multiple organizations, I was encouraged to use social networks such as twitter to reach out to engage people resulting in an increase in consumer awareness of the brand’s presence. Networking with people was an integral aspect in ensuring a successful marketing campaign.

During one of my business courses, each group was required to write a 25 page business case that was worth significant portion of our grade. My role in this group was undertaking the majority of the writing in the report. As a result, we received an A grade, largely due to my contribution.
