I also learnt that in addition to empowering business consultants to manage teams, ZS Associates enables them to work on multiple projects which ensure the diversity in work. All the above mentioned aspects align very well with my career plans. ABC and XYZ also spoke about interesting projects involving market mix optimization, operations prioritization and sales force redesign, the strategy details and modelling of which highly interest me. In addition to my professional experience, my exposure to Booth courses like marketing strategy, competitive strategy, applied regression and managerial decision modelling have helped me further build keen interest and acumen in this line of work.
