Having growing up five different countries, I was exposed to many different cultures. One of the perks of growing up several different countries is that I have always been meeting new people. It oriented me for jobs that emphasize the importance of social skills. Due to my experiences of exploring a variety of different cultures, I am not afraid to try new things. Openness to new experiences proves that I am genuinely open-minded, which is something that many prize as a great quality. Today’s world where multicultural candidates with open mindset are in high demand, I truly believe that I would be a great asset in -.

I played a role of an Exchange Participant Experience Manager at Association Internationale des Etudiants en Sciences Economiques et Commerciales (AIESEC) which was partnering with the Office of the United Nations Secretary General’s Envoy on Youth. As a manager, I could hone my leadership skills by leading exchange participants from seeking for their ideal overseas leadership programs to solve challenge problems such as visa issues. Moreover, being a part of a team, which shapes the future and influences the world as young leaders, I gained valuable experiences through communication and opening my eyes to real world issues.

In December last year, I completed a 4-week internship program at - with rotations among Account Management, Sales Management and Product Design Division. Within Account Management division, I had chance to visit a professional accounting firms which manages the accounts of the company and to have firsthand experience of handling payroll and tax return. Within the other divisions, I completed a project to develop growth strategies across three-core products by using analytical skills and learned how to use graphics design software. By participating in preparation for Summer 2016 Season presentation and visiting the factory to learn the production line, I was able to gain a skill to look the operation of the company in bigger picture.
