Yourexperience starts with a comprehensive induction that combines classroom learning with store visits, team meetings and workshops. With the support of your mentor and buddy, you’ll develop the people skills and technical know-how of the professionals. Then it’s time to put what you’ve learned into practice. You’ll start in Merchandising, analysing sales patterns, anticipating product trends and learning to spot opportunities. Then you’ll shadow an experienced Buyer. By the end of the year, you’ll take away unforgettable experiences – and be ready for an amazing career. If you really impress, you might even land a place on our European Graduate Scheme.
