I always being fascinated by the culture and the work ethics of Japanese People. The uncontaminated culture in the middle of globalization, the high work spirit that brought by Japanese People, and foremost how Japan business corporate operates. I do a lot of research to know more about Japan. While I was searching for a way to deepen my knowledge about Japan, I came across the (name of the program). I immediately knew that this would be a perfect opportunity for me to know more about Japan.

As a student, it surely a great challenge to live abroad for half a year. Moreover in Japanese Neighborhood which has culture and language that is so different than the other part of the world, especially with my home country, Indonesia. Nevertheless, I do not see this as a problem, but rather exciting way to broaden my view on the world and to get to know new ways of living. I am sure, this is one of the best training ground that will provide me knowledge even more than I need, since it is one of Japan University that is famous for its multiculturalism. After doing a deep research about the study environment in There, I knew that the students there are heterogeneous. The proportion of native students to foreign is equal. This means that the environment is very supportive for thirst-of-knowledge person like me, because I can get more knowledge all at once. In the other hand, being in the middle of people who are also learning about each other is a condition that can stimulate me to learn more.

During the studies There, I would definitely encounter a lively environment where I could get in contact with students from Japan and also other countries. This would then enable me to experience the Japanese culture with my own senses and to build up networks that will help me reaching my goals that related to my career plan in years to come. As a student who are currently studying Accounting in specific or Business and Economics as general, I am eager to learn more about market behavior in Japan and also the governance, management style, and competition of Japan firms. To fulfill my eagerness learning about Japan Business, I enrolled for Xxxx. My participation in this program, however, would not only give me more international exposure, but it would further guide me in my goal to foster positive global relationship socially and economically, by giving high performance on my participation in any local events in order to give impact to the local society in Beppu.
