Sample cover letter for Full Time position at Ferrero

With reference to your vacancy for a Junior Market Data Analyst on the Graduateland Database, I am writing to be considered for the internship position at Ferrero commencing from September onwards.

The business world has always been a part of my upbringing as both my parents exposed me to exhilarating world of trading from a young age. A fast paced business career, specifically marketing of fast growth products is perfectly tailored to my natural inclination to solve quantitative problems and the satisfaction gained continuously converts my interest into a passion. I pursued this interest further with a degree in Accounting and Finance and finance related internships. What particularly interests me about your company is the opportunity to work on an international platform. Having traveled to many countries, including the USA, China, the UAE and many European and African Countries, I am adaptable to different cultures, environments and communities. I would now like to also gain the experience of doing business in an international environment through an internship with your company.

This June I completed my Bachelor of Arts in Accounting & Finance, with First Class Honours. I have given multiple presentations during my degree including a sales pitch for capital to fund a ‘Wine making project”. I have had other various sales roles in different retail establishments for the past 5 years during the school breaks. As well as this I participated in the planning of school events such as fashion and music shows and was the producer of a theatre production, in charge of overseeing all the aspects of the play. I have had to manage teams of people and from this, developed a strong level of communication that I now take great pride in.
