I am currently working as a program Officer at the Council of Governors which was estab-lished in March, 2013 under Section 19 of the Intergovernmental Relations Act 2012 with the mandate to provide a mechanism for consultation amongst County Governments, share information on performance of the counties in execution of their functions, facili-tate capacity building for Governors, and consider reports from other Intergovernmental forums on National and County interests amongst other functions.

My core area of engagement is Communication, Coordination, Project management and

Administration. I am passionate about working to make lives better and this I believe is what devolution is about-bringing resources closer to the people and in turn bettering lives hence the need to address value chains.

I am also the technical support member of the following committees of the Council of

Governors:

3.Trade and Investment

4.Urban Planning and Development

My experience working in the banking industry before this as a Junior Investments Ana-lyst as well as a Sales and Marketing advisor where I constantly dealt with clients and potential investors also makes me a perfect fit for this position Kenya .
