I’m an investment professional with 12 years of experience gained from a progressive international career spanning the asset management industry - from boutique wealth managers to major buy-side funds management organisations - in USA, the United Kingdom and Brazil.

My experience covers: international institutional distribution, investment product specialist and due diligence questionnaire (DDQ & RFP) analysis, fund administration/operations and wealth management (investment/fund analysis and discretionary client portfolio management). The client-interactive nature of my experience has provided exposure to a wide range of client types including: institutional investors, consultants, fund of funds, family offices, private banks, IFAs and HNW investors.

My current role - Emerging Markets Product Specialist - is responsible for the coverage of emerging market equity, debt and absolute return (fixed income relative value) investment capabilities. I produced high quality, thorough proposals to various investor groups across institutional, intermediary and retail channels throughout the UK, Europe, Asia, Middle East, South Africa and LatAm. In the time that I fulfilled this function, the firm's AuM grew from USD $23bn to USD $38bn. This success was greatly attributable to the transparent and clear communication of: how funds are managed, how investment processes function and demonstrating the benefits of diverse investment capabilities. All of this was achieved at the height of the global credit crisis.

The experience gained from working within a world-class investment management organisation has allowed me to acquire an in-depth understanding of: investment operations, capital market drivers, diverse and complex investment strategies, styles and processes; investment research methodologies, traditional and alternative asset classes; and how such investments perform and interact over both short and longer time frames.
