I have always tried to develop my personality in varied areas ranging from academics, inter-personal interaction, leadership roles, sports and management positions. On this day, I feel satisfied with my efforts & achievements, having obtained outstanding grades in academics (placed first in the whole department), scholarships from HKUST (Hong Kong) and University of Laval (Canada) to conduct research and have a good sports and quizzing record throughout the course of my study.

The key highlight of my achievements which I would like to mention is when I was the only student from the institute to be selected for a scholarship from the Canada Research Chair to undertake a government funded project. It was a daunting challenge as the research required knowledge of robotics as well as Chemical Engineering, and after weeks of arduous effort, I managed to design a lot of stuff. This study is extremely important in the field of oil drilling and extraction, and as a chemical engineer, it gave me immense satisfaction to create something with my own hands, and was awarded with the title of 'Distinguished Scholar' because of my work.
