Sample cover letter for Internship position at Hennepin Made

POSITION:

Marketing Research

After learning about Hennepin Made, I became extremely fascinated with your company’s vision (Particularly with Hennepin Made beliefs of delivering exceptional handcrafted products). The Hennepin Made’s product line is surreal, one of a kind, with the potential to capture a wider market; and I would love the opportunity to be part of Hennepin Made’s fascinating journey as a marketing and sales intern.

Reading over the job description, I recognized many aspects for which I would be an excellent fit. As you will see on my attached resume, I am finalizing my marketing degree from Augsburg College. During this time, I had the opportunity to develop marketing research for local companies – such as Charley’s Grill and 612 Brew. During these projects, I created a marketing plan using primary and secondary data to provide recommendations for current opportunities in their perspective industries.

Additionally, as a marketing assistant, I specialized in implementing tailored communications and marketing campaigns. These campaigns included overseeing different promotional events, and communicating with a variety of businesses to further the company's sales and brand awareness. Furthermore, my experience includes being one of the top sales representatives, accomplishing an average of $1,000 in daily sales and compiling customer’s data to increase the likelihood of future purchases.

I believe that the qualities detailed above, and my previous experience, make me an excellent fit for this position; and would love the opportunity to work with Hennepin Made. I am very excited about this opportunity and would welcome the chance to schedule an interview to further discuss my qualifications.

Thank you in advance for your consideration, and have a wonderful day.

Best Regards,
