Hello,

Please find my resume attached for the position of Electrical Engineer I. I am looking to

gain employment with Honeywell because I have a strong skillset to offer. I have

experience in instrumentation and software such as spectrum analyzers, C#/C++, Java,

PSpice/OrCAD, CircuitLab, AutoCad, SolidWorks, Vector CANape, CANdb++, Altium,

VBA, & MATlab. Also I have an understanding of power equipment and schematic design

such as Synchronous Machines, Induction motors, DC Motors, and Transformers.

In addition to these skills I have worked on several projects with OSU professors,

particularly in the Biomedical and CIS department, which required extensive team work

and cooperation. An example includes a Radio-Frequency antenna I worked on during

the summer of 2013 through the following semester, with assistant professor Dr. Z; in this project we developed an antenna which delivers directional heat to

tissue. This antenna was subsequently encased in a Teflon tube and tested on various

meats. Such an instrument can be used for various medical applications such as

cancerous tumor ablation. This process of planning, designing, detailing, and

implementing a project can be applied to all areas of engineering.

In the fall of 2014, I completed a six month Co-op at Altec Inc. in Anchorage, AL. Altec

Inc. is the leading equipment and service provider for electrical utility companies. At this

company, my role was an Electrical Engineer intern in the Control Systems department. I

contributed to a total of eight projects in addition to manufacturing and process

improvement projects. An example of a project I was involved with included a CAN

master controller which communicates with modules on vehicles. This communication

allowed the system to record information on the functions being performed by the

vehicle. The information was transferred to data loggers which were connected by

custom built harnesses. This project allowed us to analyze and improve our current

control systems. In addition, I conducted numerous tests to verify accuracy of the

information.

These types of projects have caused me to become analytical and detail oriented. They

have developed a passion for solving problems and breaching new ideas. The various

skills I have developed and acquired would be a valuable addition to your company.
