Apart from my superb customer service skills, I am also competent in front office operations and operating the telephone switchboard. In addition to this, I am capable of greeting all guests in a professional, friendly and courteous manner. Building a personal relationships with clients is really important and easy for me.

My strong communication skills and my outgoing, energetic, smiling personality ensure first-rate customer service to both-clients and colleagues. I thoroughly enjoy dealing with a wide variety of people and take pride in being a receptionist.
