I am interested in applying for the Accounts Payable Clerk – Part time position that was posted on Charger Path through UAH Career Services department.

Three months ago I graduated with a Bachelor’s in Accounting from Oakwood University. I am currently in my first semester of graduate school, where I am earning a Master’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Business Analytics at UAH. I have had a great amount of exposure in the business field within the past three summers. This past summer, I worked for LifeWay Christian Resources in their corporate office in Nashville, Tennessee. I worked in their Internal Audit department where I was responsible for conducting various non- SOX audits at their different stores that are around the U.S.

I am seeking to complement my previous experience with a job in the accounting field in order to acquire the background necessary for a future career in Accounting/Business.

I believe that I would be an asset to your company. This job would provide me with the ideal opportunity to assist at your organization and to expand my overall skills in communication, professionalism, and sociability.
