Dear Recruiting Team,
I am writing to express my interest in The International Finance Corporation Young Professionals Program. Having over three years of experience in the banking field, I am seeking to leverage that experience in a prestigious international organization as the World Bank.
I earned the Master’s Degree in Banking and Finance and the Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance in 2015 and 2012 respectively. During my studies, I took all major business courses including Financial Analysis, Financial Markets, Investment, International Finance, Financial Management and Macro & Micro Economics. I developed solid understanding of banking and finance along with analytical and quantitative skills, and maintained a consistent GPA of 3.85 and ranked the 9th in the Accounting and finance department in 2012.
For the past three years and two months, I have been working as a Relationship Executive and Customer Advisor at Qatar National Bank (QNB) Retail Department. My experience exhibits continuous advancements in developing long-term relationships with key clients and achieving above 150% of the required annual target of 2014 and 2015, consecutively, in two of the bank’s main products: Facilities and Deposits.
Throughout the years, I have demonstrated, both academically and professionally, leadership potential, teamwork, strong communication skills and creativity. For this combination of experience and skills, I believe I would be an excellent fit for this position. I am eager to wield my skills as well as my interpersonal and cross-cultural abilities in a field about which I am passionate and I believe I am well-prepared to meet the demands of one of the biggest organizations in the world.
