Sample cover letter for Full Time position at IT

POSITION:

Customer Service

GOT THE JOB? Yes

____ Team

To whom this may concern,

I am applying for the Fall/Full Year staff position in response to the advertisement on the back of the ______ Handbook. The reason that ___ attracted me is that one of the first friendly person I met and talked to in my university experience when I first moved into residence was a ___Staff member who helped me set up my wired internet connection. Making small talk with this person chased a lot of my fears of being a first year university student away and I want to do the same for new students in the future. I am confident that my interests and my past history in customer service are aligned with many of the responsibilities required from a ___staff.

From my enclosed resume, I have several years of customer service experiences from secretarial work at a dental office to organizing special events. From my years of experience, I have gained the ability to multitask administrative work while dealing with various tasks from the customer. In additional to being able to multitask, I also learned to handle surprises at the workplace. An example is having to reschedule appointments because of last minute changes while making sure each day is full of appointments so there isn’t a loss for the dental office to hire that one hygienist for the day.

I am a great fit for the team because I work excellently in a team environment. I am a hard worker that is willing to take on new challenges to improve myself. I can confidently say that that I am a quick learner who is enthusiastic on learning new skills and I know that being part of this team is a great learning opportunity.

I appreciate your consideration and look forward to hearing from you.

Best Regards,

___
