Business Analyst
I would like to apply for the operations associate position that was
listed by your company Pentair Ltd. In consideration for this opening, I
have attached my resume which highlights my career more fully.
I have a bachelor’s degree in business and have worked in operations
for my entire career and have acted as back up to the manager in
performing business operations duties. It was my task to also provide
support to the operations manager when and if required along with
updating internal operation procedures documents as needed.
My communication skills are high which enables me to coordinate with
the manger in order to schedule and conduct team meetings and to
provide the manager with follow ups regarding these meetings. I am also
able to offer support to the manager in managing and resolving
operational issues and to provide excellent customer service. This was
done while also participating in customer meetings and distributing
minutes of meeting to the operations team.
I was also tasked with sorting and distributing mails and faxes to
respective personnel and storing, filing and retrieving corporate
documents and reports when needed. This was done along with ordering,
storing and organizing all office supplies and managing incoming and
outgoing letters and packages. I also created and maintained logs and
spreadsheets for all office activities while reconciling payments and
receipts to various parties on time.
